Ice Lollies - Three Ways

Instructions
Mint & Melon
Reserve about one third of the melon and dice into small cubes.
Blend the rest, adjusting sugar to taste.
Add the melon pieces, pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.
Basil & Strawberry
Combine everything together in a blender, adjusting sugar to taste.
Pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.
Mint & Pineapple
Combine everything together in a blender, adjusting sugar to taste.
Pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.

4 ice pops
5 mint leaves
250g melon
1 dessert spoon sugar
Basil & Strawberry
4 ice-pops
One handful basil leaves
250g strawberries
1 or 2 dessert spoons sugar
Mint & Pineapple
3 ice pops
6 mint leaves
220g pineapple
1 dessert spoon sugar
