This issue is packed full of double the number of recipes in Volume One, giving you even more to try in your own home kitchen. We are especially proud of our photo series by Creative Director, Ola O. Smit, who shares her travel polaroids with recipe developer Ellie Mulligan, to create recipes based off of these images. Photographer Sam Harris takes us to the shores of Indonesia while back in London our team chats with the people behind the restaurant Jolene. In this issue we are also introducing a new story titled ‘In the Kitchen with…’ where a home cook invites us into their kitchen to cook up one of their favourite dishes. In this inaugural edition we visit cookbook author, Rosie Birkett at her home in Deal where she shares a recipe from her latest cookbook, The Joyful Home Cook.
